Cancellation, Returns & Replacements
Cancelling an order before it has been despatched:
Orders for stock items can be cancelled at any time before the goods have been despatched. Orders that require fabrication or for non-stock items may incur cancellation costs, depending on the status of the order at the point of cancellation.
Cancelling or exchanging an order after it has been despatched:
- Items that are faulty, damaged or not the items that were ordered must be notified to Niko Ltd within 1-2 working days of receipt of delivey. Niko Ltd will pay the return postage, but reserve the right to nominate the carrier.
- Cancellation or exchange items that are no longer required and were ordered through the website, must be returned to Niko Ltd within 7 working days from receipt of delivery.
- Cancellation or exchange items that are no longer required and were not ordered through the website may only be returned at the discretion of the sales team. Depending on the item there may be a handling or cancellation charge.
All items being returned must be accompanied by a returns form.

All items should be returned to Niko Ltd, Units 15-21 Insight Park, Welsh Road East, Southam, Warwickshire, CV47 1NE, UK. When returning it is recommended that you retain a receipt or certificate of postage for your own records, in the event of the product failing to reach us.
Conditions of return:
Unwanted items may be returned unopened in the original packaging with all tags/documentation in place. Only items in perfect condition will be fully refunded, less the cost of the carriage.
Ordering
You will receive a confirmation via e-mail once your order has been placed through this website. It will detail your order quantity, item(s) description, the total cost of your purchase and your customer number. You will receive a second e-mail confirming that your order has been despatched.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Payment should be made through this website via SagePay or PayPal. However the following alternative payment methods are also available: cheque, BACS, bank transfer or card payment over the telephone. When payment is made via an alternative payment method the goods will not be despatched until the payment has been received into our bank account. The following credit and debit cards are accepted: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Solo and American Express.
All prices are displayed in GBP and are exclusive of VAT, taxes and postage and packaging.
From time to time we may offer promotions or discounts on some of our products. These offers will only be valid for the duration of the promotion and will expire as soon as the promotion has ended.
Niko Ltd reserves the right to change the price and description of any of its products without prior notice.

Updating Account Information
You can make changes to your name, password, contact details, delivery and billing addresses and newsletter subscriptions by logging into your account.
Complaints Procedure
If you wish to make a complaint in relation to any of our products or services please call or email our sales team sales@niko.co.uk and they will log your complaint and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
